An intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone, tighten and strengthen from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve using well-researched methods like calisthenics and plyometrics.
ADVANCED CLASS REQUIRES PARTICIPANTS TO BE ON THE HIGHER END OF ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH TRAINING
BUTTS & GUTTS (B.A.G.S.)
SATURDAYS
7:30AM - 8:30AM
A class dedicated to the toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on glute and core strengthening to isolate and build muscles, in addition, we will also fully target your quads and hamstrings weekly. Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance.

A group workout focusing on elevating heart rates while prioritizing health, toning, ,strength development and overall physical fitness.

Whether you want to hit lower body, upper body, or core, TRX never disappoints. It strengthens, stabilizes, and sculpts — a true full-body challenge.

A class designed for low-intensity, slow-paced movement to support Pre/Post Menopausal Women, Joint Stiffness, Aches, Imbalances, and Silent Illnesses (Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Hypertension, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Post-Cancer Treatment). This class is bodyweight to light weights ONLY (no more than 10 lbs), NO running, NO jumping, NO high-intensity movements—just mindful strength and movement to help your body feel stronger, balanced, and mobile.
